Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Project Engineer!

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with municipal, agricultural, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.

As a Project Engineer at Sedron Technologies, you’ll primarily focus on design and execution of capital projects to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality in real time. • Build accurate cost estimates and manage changes during execution to ensure cost predictability
  • Develop and maintain project schedules with strong front-end planning and disciplined tracking
  • Support on-site construction activities and adapt quickly to resolve field issues.
  • Apply value engineering principles to optimize project costs without compromising scope or quality
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, reliability, quality, EHS) to define project requirements, develop timelines, and manage execution
  • Manage multiple concurrent capital projects, balancing short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals
  • Contribute to capital project planning by providing engineering input for design, cost estimation, and risk assessments
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders by preparing clear updates, progress reports, and recommendations
