Sedron Technologies is hiring multi-talented, engineering interns in all disciplines including Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.  

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with municipal, agricultural, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.  

Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position: 

  • Use their knowledge of machines, electronics, controls, thermodynamics, or heat transfer, along with their analytical engineering background to deliver production-ready, highly reliable, highly automated equipment.
  • Manage small projects from preliminary design through detail engineering, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning in production.
  • Work with machines in a live production environment to learn about how designs can be improved.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  

  • Be enrolled in an engineering program under an ABET accredited University. 
  • Currently a sophomore or above within school.
  • Must be able to work well in an integrated, multidisciplinary, collaborative, team environment, including daily interactions with technicians, millwrights, machinists, engineers, and managers.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • Compensation range for this role is between $20 to $28 per hour  
  • The range provided is Sedron’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.

 

Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident for this position. We are unable to sponsor any employment visas.
