Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented MBA intern focusing on Business Development to work remotely!
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with municipal, agricultural, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.
As a key player in supporting business development efforts of over $1B, you'll have the chance to collaborate on high-stakes proposals, craft innovative strategies for a growing company, and help establish cutting-edge business solutions:
- Dive into sales, marketing, business development, and other areas across the company, leading efforts to identify and make impactful improvements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and potential growth areas.
- Create and deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing your strategic vision.
- Support leadership in business forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting on key business development KPIs.
- Work hands-on with financial models to support key decision-making
- Integrate into the team as if you were a full-time member of the team, with a goal to come onboard full time after graduation.
- Approach opportunities and challenges with a commercial mindset focused on finding solutions that work for all stakeholders, internal and external.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing an MBA degree.
- 6+ years of professional work experience in a related field.
- Background in consulting preferred.
- Go-getter, tenacious personality.
- Must be able to work well in an integrated, multidisciplinary, collaborative, team environment, including daily interactions with technicians, millwrights, machinists, engineers, and managers.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Compensation range for this role is between $35 to $55 per hour.
- The range provided is Sedron’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident for this position. We are unable to sponsor any employment visas.
