Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Engineering Coordinator to work onsite in Sedro-Woolley, WA!

The Engineering Coordinator supports Sedron’s engineering teams by driving data visibility, resource planning, and workflow coordination. This role is highly analytical and operationally focused, partnering closely with manufacturing engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to support production schedules, track engineering deliverables, and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting tools.

This position plays a key role in engineering resource planning, capacity forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure production readiness and on-time delivery. 

 

Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:   

  • Support engineering teams with schedule coordination and resource tracking
  • Maintain and update engineering schedules to align with project demand and delivery timelines
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and visual performance metrics to track engineering output and performance
  • Perform data manipulation and analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements
  • Support engineering resource planning, capacity forecasting, and workload balancing across active projects
  • Coordinate engineering change processes (ECOs), documentation updates, and internal communications
  • Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to track material readiness and support production schedules
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinates cross-functional communication between engineering, production, quality, and operations
  • Create and maintain standardized reports to support leadership visibility
  • Being at work on time and maintaining good attendance is a condition of employment and is an essential function of the job.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting engineering operations
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems  
  • Experience supporting engineering change management processes
  • Exposure to engineering change management processes
  • Experience tracking engineering KPIs such as CPI, SPI, Earned Value, Estimate to Completion, or utilization
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, graphs, formulas, and data modeling
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
  • Ability to manipulate large datasets and translate data into actionable insights
  • Understanding of engineering resource planning and capacity management
  • Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED 
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language  

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION   

  • Compensation range for this role is between $37.00 - 44.00 per hour
  • The range provided is Sedron’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities
  •  Discretionary bonus   
  • Travel up to 10%
